Every CRM assumed your customers would come to it. In Southeast Asia, they never did.
So we built for the place business actually happens: WhatsApp.
The problem we saw
In Indonesia and Malaysia, WhatsApp isn't a channel. It's the shop floor. A patient asks what an implant costs. A buyer asks whether the unit is still available. A broker sends a quote. They get an answer — and then they go quiet.
Nobody ever says no. That's what makes it invisible. The deal isn't rejected, it evaporates, somewhere between message four and message nine, in a thread nobody scrolled back to. By the time anyone notices, the patient has booked somewhere else.
Every business already knows this is happening. Almost none of them can tell you who it happened to.
No follow-up was ever sent. She booked at another clinic.
Why now
The official API arrived
Meta opened the official WhatsApp Business API, which made it legitimate for software to read a business's own conversations — with consent, on the record, inside the rules.
AI got good enough
AI can now tell the difference between a deal that closed, a customer who was never serious, and a lead that quietly stalled. That last one is where the money is.
Neither piece existed a few years ago. Both do now.
What we do
Dokwise turns the conversations already sitting in your WhatsApp into a daily list of who to chase.
- 01
Connect your number
The WhatsApp number you already use. Five minutes, and nothing for your customers to install.
- 02
It reads every conversation
Dokwise goes through the threads you never had time to scroll back to.
- 03
You get a daily briefing
Who went quiet, who is ready to buy, who needs chasing — delivered on WhatsApp.
What that has been worth
“Across 5 campaigns, Dokwise found patients we had completely forgotten about. The ROI was immediate.”

What we believe
Meet businesses where they are
Your customers already message you on WhatsApp. If the software needs your customer to change their behaviour, the software is wrong.
The trade-off
So we will never build you another inbox and call it progress.
Built for Southeast Asia, not translated for it
Most tools are designed around a Western sales motion and localised afterwards. We build for how business is actually done in Jakarta and Kuala Lumpur.
The trade-off
So we accept being a worse fit everywhere else.
Compliance is not a feature
We run on the official WhatsApp Business API, Meta-approved. Reading a business’s conversations is precisely the thing you should never cut corners on.
The trade-off
So we accept being slower and more expensive than the grey-market route.

Who we are
We started with clinics because clinic software is what we had already spent years building.
Benoit Destresse
Founder
Previously at Speedoc and at Avixo, the Singapore-based clinic management system. Years spent building the software clinics actually run on — which is where the gap Dokwise closes first became impossible to ignore.
Kadek Pradnyana
Co-founder & GTM Lead
Takes Dokwise to the clinics, agents and brokers who are quietly losing deals in their inbox.
Nina Wiryanto
Co-founder & Engineer
Builds the system that reads the conversations and works out who actually needs chasing.
The company
Dokwise is built by Health AI Labs Pte. Ltd., founded in 2025 and registered in Singapore. We are backed by Antler. We run on the official WhatsApp Business API and hold ourselves to enterprise-grade data standards.
