Terms of Service

The Dokwise website and platform (the Service) are operated by Health AI Labs Pte. Ltd. (the Company), registered in Singapore. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Your Account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and ensuring that only authorized staff can access the Service through your account.
2. Use of the Service
You may use Dokwise for lawful clinical and business operations. You agree not to misuse the Service or attempt to interfere with its security or performance.
3. Data Ownership
You retain full ownership of all data you upload, including patient information and operational records. The Company processes this data only to deliver and support the Service.
4. Dokwise as Data Processor
For all personal and patient data:
- Your clinic or organization is the data controller
- Dokwise and the Company act as the data processor
We process data only according to your instructions, following PDPA, GDPR and healthcare grade safeguards. You are responsible for obtaining any required notices or consents from patients. We do not determine the purpose or means of processing your patient data.
The Company acts as a data controller only for anonymized and aggregated system data that cannot identify any clinic or individual.
5. Security and Reliability
The Company maintains strong technical and organizational measures aligned with PDPA, GDPR principles and HIPAA style safeguards, including:
- End to end encryption
- Encrypted data at rest
- Role based access controls
- Full audit trails
- MFA for account access
- Automated backups and recovery
- Continuous monitoring and regular testing
Platform uptime target: 99.9 percent, monitored twenty four hours per day.
6. Incident Notice
If a security incident involving your data occurs, we will notify you within twenty four hours and communicate updates throughout our response process.
7. Data Residency
Your data is stored in your operating country or region. Backups follow the same residency requirements.
8. Anonymized Data and AI Training
We may anonymize and aggregate usage data to improve system performance and train AI models. Anonymized data contains no personal identifiers and cannot be traced back to any individual.
9. Service Updates
We may update or modify the Service from time to time. You will be notified of significant changes.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if the Service is misused or these Terms are violated.
11. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided as is. To the extent allowed by law, the Company is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore unless local laws require otherwise.
