Data Deletion

1. Who may request data deletion

Data deletion requests may be submitted by:

• An authorized administrator of a clinic or healthcare organization using the Service
• A data subject, such as a patient, through their clinic, which will then instruct the Company to process the request

The Company does not delete personal or patient data without confirmation or instruction from the relevant data controller.

2. How to request data deletion

Clinics and healthcare organizations

An authorized clinic administrator may request deletion by contacting the Company at:

Requests should include:

• Clinic or organization name
• Administrator contact details
• Description of the data to be deleted
• Confirmation that the request is authorized by the data controller

Patients and individuals

If you are a patient or individual whose data is processed through the Service, please contact the clinic or healthcare provider that collected your data.

Your clinic will review your request and, where applicable, instruct the Company to process the deletion on its behalf.

3. Data covered by deletion requests

Upon valid instruction from the data controller, the Company will delete or irreversibly anonymize applicable data, which may include:

• Messages and conversations
• Appointment and booking records
• Operational and workflow data
• Associated metadata related to the request

Certain technical logs or records may be retained where required to comply with legal obligations, security requirements, or legitimate operational purposes, in line with the Privacy Policy.

4. Processing timeline

Verified deletion requests are processed without undue delay and are typically completed within 30 days.

5. Confirmation

Once deletion is completed, confirmation will be provided to the requesting clinic or organization.
